Chapter Summary:

“Spider,” Lo’ak says. It’s lost in the rain or in Spider’s tears. He can’t tell.

its possible they never meant to imply that mr fischoeder heavily favors bob and his family and instesd intended to show that he's just more fun and understanding of person in general but 1. they have almost died together multiple times i think they have a bond at this point and 2. fischoeder does SPECIFICALLY ask bob and his family for favors and we KNOW he isnt asking anybody else for these same favors like the thanksgiving episode or the gingerbread episode or when they put on a play or started a club bcuz it wouldnt be physically possible & its very unlikely he gives anybody but bob the amount of leeway that he has when it comes to rent and paying for it with little errands and games. and it could be argued that fischoeder pranks all his tennants on april fools day but that is Literally impossible bcuz nobody else makes mention of it (even teddy is a tenant of his and seems excited specifically about his pranks for BOB) and throughout the episode he focuses all his attention onto bob even felix complains about how he favors bob over his own brother and how annoying that is (and he calls him "my dear bob" and admits that bob is what he cares about more than anything)

anyway if they wanted us to think he's just relaxed and fun loving in general like it seems in the earlier seasons they did a bad job bcuz it 100% seems like he has a crush on bob (not even MENTIONING how many times he's flirted with bob or straight up asked bob to kiss him)
